Malaina exceeded my expectations as a realtor. Anytime that I wanted to see a property, Malaina made herself available. It only took her one time to view the first property that we saw, to know my taste in the ideal home that I was looking for. She looked at me and said, I should have know by your dress style, that this was not the home for you. I looked back at Malaina and nodded to her in agreement. Every home thereafter was along the right spectrum of what I envisioned for my home. Malaina was very patient and easy to speak with concerning my concerns. When the opportunity presented itself to view the home that I purchased, I told Malaina that I wanted that house, and to please put the offer in prior to seeing it. Malaina knew as well that I found almost everything that I was looking for in a home. As we both toured the property together, we looked at each other with great joy and said, this is the one. The entire experience of home shopping was made easy and comfortable with Malaina. I would definitely recommend her to any family or individual in need of purchasing or selling a home.
