I am very happy to write this review and tell about the excellent work Makeba did in selling my home. I am a senior and have lived in my home for over 60 years. Makeba took great care to listen to what was important to me about the sell and did everything we talked about with excellence. She was so knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional. I will recommend her to everyone I know, because she is the best.
After having such a great experience when Makeba sold our home in Playa Vista in May 2022, we knew we needed to work with her again to buy a new home in San Diego. Even though she mainly practices on the West Side, we had complete confidence and trust that Makeba would be our #1 advocate during the home buying process in SD county. Surely enough, Makeba was down to take on the task and got us a great deal -- we bought the house 10% lower than the original list price!! Luck was on our side, no doubt, but Makeba also showcased her ability to obtain key insights from the seller's agent to leverage the dynamic marketplace in our favor. Makeba was also very professional and prompt as the middle-man between our loan and escrow officers and the seller's agents -- regularly providing us with updates that were clear and easy to understand. She was even able to coordinate the schedules so we could move-in a few days sooner than projected. Overall, Makeba is talented, trustworthy, and kind. She is definitely the agent you want on your side whether you are buying or selling your home.

Amazing! I had a wonderful experience working with Makeba. She walked me through the entire process and made buying a home less stressful. Whenever there was anything I did not understand, she took the time to explain the details to me and to make sure I was comfortable before moving on to the next step. Makeba was always professional and stayed in contact with the loan officer and escrow company to ensure there were no delays in the process. Even after closing, she provided assistance with setting up utilities and minor maintenance on the home. I would definitely recommend her services.

Overall, Makeba is an extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy agent and we hope to have the pleasure of working with her again.
