Makeba did an excellent job of selling my Aunt’s Fourplex property. This property was not just her home it was also a symbol of pride and accomplishment. This was our first house that we bought and it was time to sell. Makeba gave us great advice on how to prepare the house for selling. Following her advice the house looked great and went for top dollar. She has an unexpected eye for interior design and her contacts in construction were professional, quick and economical. Sale price came in slightly above what we were expecting with multiple offers at that price. Would absolutely recommend.
