When we walk through a house with him, he points out the pros and cons and very honest opinion. He helps with clarification with any paperwork involved since buying a house involves quite a bit. Aside from that he has a great inspector who is very detailed on his reports and knows the regulations very well. Whether you buy a old or brand new home, expect repairs that will be brought up after the inspection. I definitely recommend Mahmood especially for a first time buyer there is so much to learn.
