Mahmood response to all my calls/text and assisted me more than I expected. He is professional and very knowledgeable. When we walk through a house with him, he points out the pros and cons and very honest opinion. He helps with clarification with any paperwork involved since buying a house involves quite a bit. Aside from that he has a great inspector who is very detailed on his reports and knows the regulations very well.
