Mahesh helped me to buy a house and sell it after almost 8 years. He managed to get me a listing price expected than me. In order to set the selling price he took me around the area to show the conditions of the houses and the asking price. By doing that convinced me the price I had in mind is lower that the market price. The house received a offer as soon as it was listed. I am thank full for him and always appreciated his flexibility.

My husband and I worked with Mahesh to purchase our first home. Since then we have recommended Mahesh as a realtor to friends and family looking to buy or sell a home. Aside from being very knowledgeable and approachable, Mahesh was incredibly patient with us and generous with his time (he was available mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). I never once felt rushed (to buy a home or during our home visits) and Mahesh would always offer to hold our 11 month old son while we looked at a home. He was ever present to answer all our questions along the way. With his expertise with homes, he knew what to look for and what were instant red flags at a home. He has the heart of a teacher so we learnt a lot from him along at the way. Since we were new to the whole process, he advised us while we were looking for pre-approval rates from banks. Once our offer was accepted, the seller asked that we stop by to purchase any of their furniture. Mahesh came to this meeting with us in the evening during a work week. One the day of the home inspection, he was there with the inspector from the beginning, while my husband joined them 2 hours later. On our closing day, he visited the home for us early in the morning to ensure that everything was in place prior to the closing. Even after the closing, once we moved into our home, he was there to answer any questions we had. Mahesh was truly there for us every step of the way and we felt really comfortable with him. We highly recommend him.
