Susan Williams earned my trust early on. She has a keen sense of what to share in order to keep her clients informed and comfortable in the process without overexplaining or giving too much detail. Susan is confidently experienced but also straight forward and honest. She openly suggested further discussing our marketing and pricing plan with some colleagues to get their take, which gave me a feeling of having the expertise of a team. Although I am certain that Susan juggles many responsibilities and contracts in various stages, I was happily impressed that her attention to our marketing and sale process made it seem as though we were her only client! She was very easily accessible by text, phone and email to answer any questions or concerns that we had and very prompt in communicating information to all parties. This house sale was complicated by legal issues related to transfer of ownership and questions of how much to invest in property improvements, all which Susan patiently guided us through and made appropriate referrals. The process of selling our parents home was stressful on many levels but as we made our way though the hurdles, the stress gave way to confidence that we could trust Susan to advocate on our behalf which ultimately resulted in a better than expected completed contract.
