Maggie was an absolute godsend!!! I can't imagine what we would have done without her! We hired her as our listing agent to help us sell our late father's townhouse. Maggie helped us navigate through repairs that were necessary, tax hoops we didn't know we needed to resolve, arrangements for moving/hauling away items from the garage, hiring carpet cleaning, etc. She truly made an emotional and stressful process, manageable and easy to digest, one step at a time.
