We came into contact while she was helping out a couple sort through some challenges with a HOA and when it came time for me to list, she was on our short list of potential realtors. We also recently asked Maggie to help us purchase a home and at no point did I sense they had issues with my messaging them during odd hours of the morning or evening. Maggie and her team did it again! They helped me sell my condo and find a beautiful house for my family, especially our baby boy. Jaime went above and beyond setting up numerous appointments for us to find our new home and even giving us our first house warming presents. Maggie and Jaime are the best at what they do. Period. Once you become their clients, Maggie and Jaime are readily available to answer all of your questions. Can't tell you how important that is when placing an offer and more importantly afterwards during repair negotiations and after closing (first time home buyers like ourselves had and continue to have a million questions about all the things that come up when owning a house). Perfect combination of being patient and understanding with their clients while simultaneously being strong advocates for their clients during the negotiations process. They truly made us feel like we are a part of their family (shout out to Victor too who meticulously walks you through the financial aspects of home buying). We love them and have zero hesitation working with them again for our future real estate endeavors.
