We picked our last house in a hurry because of a job relocation. Once we got a better grasp of the new city we had moved into we were ready to find a different home that would better fit our long term needs. With one call to Maddie she took down all of our must haves and got to work on a list of homes for us. After a handful of showings, Maddie suggested perhaps a brand new build would work best for us. We had not even considered a new build before her suggestion. Maddie again set up appointments for us, but this time to see new construction. Maddie was right!!! She had matched our wants and needs perfectly!!! Once we picked the house, Maddie got our offered accepted quickly. She also stayed on top of the new build completion date without us ever having to get involved!! We truly believe that Maddie was the reason everything went so smoothly!!
