"I can’t stress this enough, but Madeline is the most positive person I have ever met. My husband and I sold our home with Maddy earlier this year. It was an incredibly stressful time for our family, as we were preparing for a military move across the country during the start of the pandemic. Throughout the entire process, Maddy was always reassuring us that everything was going to work out just fine. In the moments when we were feeling so anxious, her optimism never wavered. She was so attentive to any questions or concerns we could come up with, and always responded to my texts or calls quickly. This helped on many occasions to put my mind right at ease. Maddy followed through with making sure all of our priorities were met, which included getting us the extended closing we were really hoping for. I am so grateful that Maddy was recommended to us. She is so good at what she does, and I’m relieved to know she will be there to help us buy a new home if and when we return to the Cape.
