Maddy has helped my family to buy & sell 2 properties. She was prepared with all needed info: past/present values of similar properties, prop. taxes. past/pres. etc. For the property that was purchased, it took many trips to find just the right one in the large area on our list. When the right one was listed Maddy called & we went to look at it. All options, Q&A’s were covered, An important one, having a home inspection. Also, Maddy had great info sheets for the new home management, Maddy handled the closing with our lawyer & Seller’s Realtor, etc. It was much easier that way. The home that was sold, Maddy came by to view the home, inside & out & to discuss the particulars involved in the selling process; (as was done with the buying process). Maddy suggested what should be removed while living there & also suggested what was great & any parts of our home that were in question & our responsibility to have fixed or updated, if needed, unless we sell the home “as is” condition. We chose fix what was needed & to have Maddy decorate the home for wonderful open houses & showings. She considered our time/date needs in showing the home. Again, Maddy handled the closing. I would say that my family & I don’t think we could have worked with a better Realtor. We will choose Maddy again if/when wanting to move to another location. Maddy is strict to keep things as contract stipulates, example: to not have possible buyers meet sellers.
