Madeline DiSanto helped us find the Perfect Condo! She was Awesome, from the get-go

Madeline DiSanto helped us find the Perfect Condo! She was Awesome, from the get-go. We shared our wants and needs and she paid attention to details. House hunting is stressful and time constraining however after just a few appointments, we realized we had to stretch our pre conceived budget. It started off with a pre approval which was quickly handled. Madeline had sent us a few listings for us to view at home and one of them turned out to the perfect home for us. We placed and offer and in just 30 days we closed! Great job Madeline along with her outstanding team at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realty!!
