Madeline is hands down a 10/10 realtor. I was first introduced to her by attending one of her first time homebuyers seminars. From the very start she accommodated all of my questions, my anxiety about the process, and she worked around my schedule for showings. When I finally put down an offer and it was accepted (all thanks to Madeline), her team handled everything from scheduling the appraisal, the inspection, and working with the sellers to get some of the home fixed before closing. Whenever I decide to sell or purchase a 2nd home, I definitely plan on using Madeline again.
