I was hoping to purchase a condo in a high demand community when I did a web search looking for availability and found Madeline. The real estate market of Spring 2022 had low inventory and the condos in the community that I wanted were getting snatched up within in days of being listed. Madeleine was the perfect proactive agent for me. She alerted me about the availability of the units that met my criteria before they went on the market. I had the information I that I needed to competitively bid before the units were even available to be seen. My first attempt at bidding in a frantic market was sad and discouraging.
