I can honestly say that we wouldn't have found our house if it wasn't for Madalena, Anthony and Lovato Realty. We had a list of specifics which we wanted, including acreage, and they found the perfect house for us. They really got to know our wants for a house, we looked at the houses that we picked and added a few more. The best thing was they were able to get us a showing at a house that was a private listing and that was the house we liked the most. The worked with us daily on all of the negotiation, inspections, working with our lender and the close, which helped us become friends through the whole process. We really enjoyed working with Lena and Anthony and we would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a house.
