I can honestly say that we wouldn't have found our house if it wasn't for Madalena, Anthony and Lovato Realty. We had a list of specifics which we wanted, including acreage, and they found the perfect house for us. They really got to know our wants for a house, we looked at the houses that we picked and added a few more. The best thing was they were able to get us a showing at a house that was a private listing and that was the house we liked the most. The worked with us daily on all of the negotiation, inspections, working with our lender and the close, which helped us become friends through the whole process. Madalena (Lena) is an amazing real estate agent. She sold my last place and was my agent for the purchase of my current place. Because she is a Denver native, she knows every nook & cranny of the Denver metro area. She is very astute in understanding the needs & wants of her clients and sending listings that match those as much as possible to stay within her client's budget. When I purchased my current place (2019), the market was really heating up and I was not having any luck of finding a place/area that I would enjoy living in while also staying within my approved budget. Lena introduced me to the lender that she often uses and I was able to be approved for an additional amount which opened up the possibilities for me and - bam! - Purchase went off without a hitch. I inherited some vacant land in Teller County that had a water company and an HOA attached to it. Madalena took the initiative to drive hours outside of the city to get pictures and familiarize herself with the area. What seemed like a straightforward sell, was oddly complicated. Madalena worked to get comps, more information about the HOA, and made the selling process so easy for me. She is delightful to work with, and gave me timely updates. I really don't know if I could have had more peace of mind about my property sale. What a blessing! You really can't put a rating on feeling taken care of like this.
