Madalena was able to get my house sold quickly. She took great care of my home when I moved out! She notified me on everyone who visited. She knew what I was working toward and made everything fall into place for my benefit. She had even sent me thank you card to let me know I can call on her for my next purchase. I also would refer others to her because she’s professional, polite and knows what to get fixed before the sale goes through! Good realtors are hard to find and hard to trust but she surpassed that!

Lena helped me find a home in the spring/summer of 2021 and was always professional and a delight to work with. And we looked at a lot of homes! Lena was always quick to see when showings started and to get us in as quickly as possible--I didn't realize that was even important until I saw that some homes completely filled their showing schedule. She was patient with my indecision and changes I made as we progressed through the process. When I found a townhome that met my needs, she got the offer together and in very quickly and followed up to make sure we were aware of any changes that might be needed to be competitive. From that point through closing, Lena made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed! She is very thorough and knows the process extremely well.
