Macy truly went out of her way to help our family find a home in two short days as we were in town from out of state. We toured at least 10 homes in those two days and she said she was willing to FaceTime tour for us if we did not find a house! She communicated clearly throughout the whole process to help bring everyone together for the entire transaction as it was a little complicated! She made us feel at ease and we truly appreciate her.

Macy helped me buy my first home at the end of last year. I’d been looking to buy a house for awhile and worked with other realtors before. With previous realtors, I was made to feel like my dream house was unattainable and that I had to adjust my expectations to match what I realistically could afford. I also was left to navigate the whole home buying process on my own which as a first time buyer felt very overwhelming. I really didn’t know how bad other realtors were until I started working with Macy. From the very beginning, she understood exactly what it was I was looking for in a house, from my list of must-haves to the esthetic and design. She took the time to break down the costs of home buying and helped me see that the house of my dreams was well within reach. This was encouraging and gave me the confidence to move forward. The very first house Macy showed me, I immediately fell in love. Unfortunately by the time I got pre approved for a loan, the house already went into contract with another buyer. I was so disappointed and so I took a little break from the house hunting. Macy, on the other hand, was still hopeful and kept an eye out for other potential homes and she still sent me listings she thought would interest me. A month or so had passed when suddenly I got a message from Macy that the first house had fallen out of contract and had become available again! Immediately, she helped me put in a competitive offer using her knowledge of the market, the area and the relationships/connections she’s developed with the builder’s agents. Not too long after, the offer was accepted! Macy stayed by my side and walked me through every step of the home buying process. From finding the right home, to making an offer, to securing a lender all the way up until I received my keys…she was there for it all. I was out of state through most of this process and Macy went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. So grateful to have her as my agent!

I met Macy via tex referred by my daughter in law last year but had to postpone in buying. On 2/17/2023, I reached out & told her I was ready ( I live in CA) Explained what I was looking for. Certain areas of Las Vegas, pool, single story & Rv space ( if possible). Referred me to Lender for pre approval. During the time we shared possible homes. Met her on 3/4 at the 1st house. She was on time & my journey started with her in finding a home. The 3rd time we had met, I found the house I wanted!
