On the sell side, she pull comps. and provides you with the information needed to price your house appropriately. She proactively markets your house to drive buyers to your listing. Macy is not just going to tell you what you want to hear. If she thinks there is something that needs to be done to make your house more marketable, she will give you that advice which I think is sometimes difficult for sellers to hear since this is "their house" and often reflects their taste and personality. On the buy side, Macy spends the time needed to find the right home for you. Once you find "the one", she does her research to tell you what a fair offer is and how you should approach the negotation process. She lets you know what's going on at every step along the way and when she believes you should stand firm and when and where you should be flexible. She's creative and thinks outside the box when it comes to making offers and what to include and exclude. To sum it up, if you want an experienced real estate agent that you will be glad is on your side and you will use again and again, Macy is your person.

Macy went about and beyond for what a realtor is supposed to do. She was helpful from the start to finish and was very knowledgeable about the whole process.
