Mackenzie is a skilled and knowledgeable agent, but more important than than, she goes above and beyond for her clients. She answers our calls, responds to our emails and advocates for us (even when it takes several attempts and communications). She does more than her job description- often giving the real advice we need to hear- and is very generous with her time. This deal was tricky with sellers, agents and attorneys all living in different city/states with different schedules and Mackenzie coordinated it all. She's organized and knows her stuff! She is also kind, considerate and professional. We will definitely be working with her in the future.

I’m happier and more wealthy today because I met Mackenzie. I was a first-time real estate investor, and she was able to find the perfect investment property for me from the beginning. Even after our first conversation, she listened and knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to find it in a very challenging market. This transaction wasn’t easy, and I don’t think I would have succeeded without her. There were several curveballs thrown throughout the process, including FHA inspection items that had to be remedied, an appraisal that had to be challenged, and an unexpected vacant unit delivered on closing. Buying real estate is stressful. Buying into a co-op in NYC is tenfold that stress. Mackenzie made it a cakewalk, and I still don't understand how that is possible. She set me up with a great team, and answered about a million or so questions from me (+ always very quickly). She's also an excellent source of information for after everything is finalized in terms of renovation and decorating. Definitely recommend!
