About Machelle

MaChelle Joseph is the all-time leading scorer at Purdue University for both men and women’s basketball. Her accolades are many, including being inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame in 2015. For the past 16 years, she served as a head women’s basketball coach in the ACC. It was there she managed a multi-million dollar budget, recruited players from all over the world, took the team to the Sweet 16 round in the NCAA tournament, and was instrumental in raising money from generous donors that helped fund her program. Her work ethic is unparalleled and determination to get better each and every day one of her driving forces. She is an intense, passionate, and caring person who takes her client’s concerns to heart. She will not be outworked. She has had a home in the Fort Pierce / Hutchinson Island area for the past 11 years, and has been visiting the area for the past 30. Carlson Collier knows the real estate business. After 13 years in corporate America serving as a Project Manager for companies like Turner Broadcasting, Northside Hospital, and Accenture, she decided to follow in her family's footsteps and jump into the real estate profession. In 2002 she became licensed in Atlanta and in 2005 she received her associate broker's license. Her past experiences have included implementing a mentor program for new agents, serving as managing broker for a small office she operated with three other business partners, and served on the Leadership Council at Keller Williams. She has helped hundreds of clients over the years in the greater Atlanta area buy and sell homes. 90% of her business comes from referrals from satisfied customers. Clients say Carlson is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and works exceptionally hard to meet her clients’ goals. She has been visiting the Fort Pierce / Hutchinson Island area since 2012. She holds an active real estate license in both Georgia and Florida. In 2019, the two decided to join forces. With MaChelle's coaching mentality and passion for the area and Carlson's vast real estate knowledge, they have formed Coach and Carlson under Keller Williams. They are your Fort Pierce/Hutchinson Island experts and are looking forward to becoming a driving part of the community and all that's coming. Their number one priority is to exceed your highest expectations! When not selling real estate, Carlson enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. She is a graduate from the University of Alabama and is a sports enthusiast. MaChelle is from Indiana and is one of seven brothers and sisters.
