Lyrae was on point in every area. She became an expert in the local area and what builder provided the most value and quality. She did her homework by getting my desires and wants and narrowing the choices to meet my needs. She was extremely organized holding all involved to meet deadlines. She negotiated several upgrades with the builder to make the deal even better. I highly recommend her to make your sale or purchase process be a rewarding one.
