Lynne was very personable while being professional at the same time. She gave us all of the data on the neighborhoods that we were interested in and even assisted with school information for our three children. What a gifted real estate professional. Lynne is the absolute best. I am a retired Realtor and have worked with Lynne in the past on residential property transactions where she represented the buyer or seller. I had used Lynne on two previous occasions...the sale of a home in Elizabeth and the purchase of my condo in Parker. When it became necessary for me to move out of state, there was no one else I wanted to list my condo than Lynne. Lynne is very detail oriented and uses all tools necessary to come up with a marketing plan for the listing. She goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure your home is staged correctly to attract the right buyers. I had five weeks notice after my job transfer went through to pack up a 1300 sq ft condo and move out of state. On the day of the move, it was necessary to literally pack up and leave. I had a full price offer and all transactions regarding the sale were done by phone and email. The ease of this process, again, lessened my stress. After replacing our first realtor, Lynn was brought in was exceptional and hard working. She was very attentive, communicative and understood our needs for selling due to a job relocation. Lynne was GREAT! We had two houses fall through in the process. We were moving from CA to CO and couldn’t keep coming back out to Colorado for home tours. My wife and I had different ideas on where the best place to live was. Lynne kept finding houses that were appealing to both of us, and in areas where we both got a bit of what we wanted. The house we finally purchased we first viewed with Lynne via FaceTime. She would go to homes we were interested in and walk through them showing us the house over FaceTime.
