Lynne did an amazing job. We were selling a high-end property in a specialty market--and we needed to find the right buyer. She priced our home aggressively in the market and waited patiently. Several times she managed the marketing techniques to get our home back in the buyers sights, but not once did she ask us to reduce the price or encourage to alter the plan. In the end, we got a deal nearly at asking price, and right where we were happy to negotiate. Then, when the buyer was picky, picky about the cleaning in the wake of the Marshall Fire that delivered ash across the front range, she actually went in and cleaned the floor herself prior to the final buyer's final walk-through.
