Not to mentioned the great knowledge of the Austin area and real estate market. She was extremely helpful throughout my experience. Being a 1st time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect from the home buying process. Looking up things online and hearing about it from friends/family can be totally different to the experience you actually have. Lynne was very patient with us and answered all of the questions we had clearly and made it easier to understand. She was very professional but also personable. The process itself was stressful, it was reassuring to have someone who knew as much as Lynne did there to walk through the process all the way from the initial introduction call, to our walkthroughs, and finally our closing.
