I was first introduced to Lynne by a nephew approximately three years ago. At that time I was looking for an investment property in cities south of Austin, Tx. I gave Lynne my specifications and price range. We corresponded by remote since we lived in different states. Over several weeks, Lynne showed me several homes but none met my specifications or price range. I gave up hope of ever finding a suitable property but Lynne did not. She continued looking and would send me new listings every two months or so. In November 2024, Lynne found a property that met my specifications. The property was under construction with a completion date in late March 2025. My wife and I decided to buy the property. After making the down payment, Lynne contacted the developer as our agent, and visited the site monthly and sent us pictures of the progress of construction. When the construction was almost complete, Lynne contacted the Concierge of the developer and arranged to participate in the first walkthrough on our behalf. My wife and I traveled to Austin, Texas, for the second walkthrough and the closing. It was then that we met Lynne for the first time. It was like meeting an old friend. After closing, Lynne introduced us to property management company which is now managing the property for us. Lynne’s consciousness and professionalism made the otherwise cumbersome and tedious process of purchasing an investment property out of state easy, painless, less costly and less time consuming.
