It is always very hard and a difficult decision when it comes time to sell your home. My husband and I were both anxious and to be honest a little fearful. Not only were we going to sell our home of the past 30 years but we were also going to downsize. After the decision was made to move forward the hard part showed up. Who do we use as a real estate agent? We decided to interview 3 realtors and make a decision after this process. We looked in various advertising venues and came up with our list of three. OK now we are going to have to pick one. The first interview was with Lynne Kelleher. After two hours on a Sunday afternoon in late August we were finished with our first interview. My wife and I looked at each other and we both had made the same decision, there is no point in interviewing anyone else. Lynne was a true professional. She made us feel comfortable, she impressed us with her knowledge of the market, and more importantly explained how she was going to market the property. She made recommendations on some minor changes to make the house show better. OK now we were ready to put it on the market. Pictures taken and uploaded to the internet. Here we go. After 4 days on the market we accepted an offer and the house was sold. Lynne set up all the closing details, gave us some help with moving and packing and as easy as that we were on our way. Lynne made this major decision in our lives that easy. We would just like to tell her at this time how grateful we are and to thank her for a job well done.
