It is always very hard and a difficult decision when it comes time to sell your home. My husband and I were both anxious and to be honest a little fearful. Not only were we going to sell our home of the past 30 years but we were also going to downsize. After the decision was made to move forward the hard part showed up. Who do we use as a real estate agent? We decided to interview 3 realtors and make a decision after this process. We looked in various advertising venues and came up with our list of three.
