Lynne was a dual agent so I can't really comment too much on the negotiation piece, but she did an excellent job finding a medium that worked for me and the seller. The best thing I can say about Lynne that goes a long way in her profession, is work ethic. She stayed late, was always available, always let me in, talked to me on the phone as I ranted about renovations and asking her if it was a good deal 100 times....she was always available. Her availability and work ethic is why you should choose Lynne.
