Lynne was a dual agent so I can't really comment too much on the negotiation piece, but she did an excellent job finding a medium that worked for me and the seller. The best thing I can say about Lynne that goes a long way in her profession, is work ethic. She stayed late, was always available, always let me in, talked to me on the phone as I ranted about renovations and asking her if it was a good deal 100 times....she was always available. Her availability and work ethic is why you should choose Lynne.

This was our first time buying a house and we knew basically nothing of how the process worked. Lynne was our agent and took us by the hand for weeks looking for homes in our price range and needs. I don't know how she put up with us. Always patient and and supportive, she worked hard and negotiated with our best interest. Finally, we found our home and the closing process was a breeze.
