Lynn is truly an outstanding Broker. We had many roadblocks on the sale of our property including a snow storm, death of a principle, many changes to the contract and more. Through it all Lynn had an answer and a solution for every problem. We could not have completed this transaction without her knowledge and ability to take charge and see that everything was taken care of according to the terms of the contract and letters of the law. What was difficult turned out to be a pleasant experience.

Lynn Robin worked tirelessly with us for several months on two separate occasions. We first worked with Lynn in 2015 when we considered moving to the hill country when we retired. We moved to NC and when the opportunity came up to move back to Texas in 2018, we contacted Lynn and she worked with us on our purchase in Leander, Texas.

I really enjoyed working with Lynn Robin. She’s very professional and really knows her stuff. But she’s also very personable and has a great eye for what people want to see. I had some trees that needed to be taken down blocking the view and various things in the yard that weren’t quite right. Her eye for detail and what people are looking for is very very accurate. I made the mistake of putting my house on the market at a time where people generally aren’t looking for properties over the holidays in the winter time. My house was in the countryside on acreage. So it it made it more challenging to show. But Lynn was very persistent ,she had brokers open and open houses . Lynn was very enthusiastic about selling it and she got the job done. I’m very grateful to her for her professionalism and in general her personality , she was very easy to work with. I highly recommend her!
