Between being out of state buyers, and not all to familiar with the area, we really needed a realtor we could rely on and trust to guide us with her expertise that would help us with making this significant decision. Lynn listened to what we were wanting and we have many demands on location and characteristics of the home and neighborhood. We also have little kids so we had high priority about that too. I ahad specific's upon specifics! I may have been the most needy client ever, but talking with Lynn, we never felt that way. She truly was invested and gave us sound ideas and advice. Lynn is organized and paid attention to details. She is keen and is a wealth of knowledge. She went in crawlspaces, she was inspecting the bones and pointed out potential concerns we should be aware of and also highlighted the positives- I learned from her evaluations which is an added bonus. Speaking of which, one first trip up we had our kids. She made them a little “day trip in car” assortment which was so thoughtfully crafted. Healthy snacks, a journal and drawing/ coloring supplies. Lynn is also well connected to all the right people. She had trusted vendors that have come through for us and worked out very well. Lynn Nilssen is a go-getter. I swear, she woke up each morning and thought, “How can I help that family ever more?” On our 2nd (and last) trip there, one day when we looked a flurry of listing within our short trip up and we needed to charge our rental car, so she offered for us to use her home charger. She didn't have to do that! I hope she knows how appreciative our family is to have had our realtor be Lynn Nilssen. She handled every detail and was “on top of it”. She’s simply the best I’ve ever worked with.Over and beyond. So much so that I recommended my beloved in-laws to go with Lynn so I knew they were in the most capable hands.
