Lynn knew the area well , she set the sales price at the correct point. She gave great advise on how to prepare the house for the sale . We knew her personally we felt comfortable with her. We never regretted our decision, Lynn was very professional during the entire process. She definitely full attention to all the details. There's nothing I would change about the whole process if I were to do it over . We got a full price offer the first day.
