Estate SOLD!

This is my second time using Lynn and her exceptional team! This time I was selling my dad's house after his passing. Lynn's suggestions of what to improve and what to leave were exactly on point and she made magic happen when it came to getting everything done in time to list. Her suggested contractors did a fantastic job at reasonable cost. The listing price she suggested was fair and it was sold in 4 days: all cash full price.
