I received a mailer from Lynn and read her bio describing her proactive approach to marketing a house for sale, so I contacted her. I knew after our initial call she was different. She did a walk through of the house and gave me point-by-point instructions on what to do, including specific repairs. And she had a very competent handyman to help. She checked on the house frequently as it was empty, and provided updates on what was needed. She wrote a very good listing, and used an excellent photographer. She also inserted virtual furnishings with conspicuous disclaimers because the house was empty. In a short period of time I received my first offer, and there were others. Moreover, she helped me find a very competent real estate attorney, and navigate the ups and downs of a very challenging prospective buyer. In short, Lynn covered all the bases and because of her diligence, professionalism and common sense, I sold my house above listing. I’d recommend her to anyone and everyone.
