Due to an unusual set of circumstances, Lynn ended up being the dual realtor for me as the buyer of my new house (she also represented the sellers) - not an easy task to take care of the needs of both parties. In general, this arrangement would not be ideal, but Lynn went above and beyond not just to make everyone feel cared for but to help practically make everything happen. A number of hurdles arose, as they do, that could have derailed our very rapid contract to closing, and I can honestly say Lynn is singlehandedly responsible for making the process happen in a timely way.
