I just bought my first home and knew very little about the process; Lynn had immeasurable patience with me and went absolutely above and beyond with every infinitesimal detail from attorneys /insurance/inspectors, to how often to service aspects of the home, and so much more. Moreover, she helped me find a very competent real estate attorney, and navigate the ups and downs of a very challenging prospective buyer. lynn was fantastic.. we were with another broker and called lynn regarding another listing and were so impressed that we moved on from our former broker and went with lynn. she helped us find our place within a week and then helped is with her experience regarding bidding, closing, finding handymen, painters, electricians, etc.. she is a wealth of knowledge and more than eager to help in any and all situations... we can't recommend her highly enough... she gets an A+ only because there isn't a higher grade...
