With more than two decades of experience in coastal construction and luxury homebuilding, I bring a uniquely elevated perspective to real estate along the Grand Strand. My connection to Myrtle Beach began in 1993 while studying at East Tennessee State University, and the coastal lifestyle quickly became the foundation of my career. After starting in home renovation and flipping, I moved to Myrtle Beach in 2003 to work with a local builder, earning a partnership within two years. In 2005, I founded Prestige Custom Homes, followed by Prestige Luxury Homes in 2019, designing and building refined coastal residences in premier communities. Five years ago, I expanded my expertise into real estate sales—first with SC Beach Real Estate, then Keller Williams, and now proudly with Realty One Group Dockside. My background allows me to offer clients uncommon insight into craftsmanship, materials, and long-term coastal performance. In 2023, I acquired Cicco Construction Group, a commercial contracting firm specializing in structural maintenance and waterproofing. This work keeps me deeply connected to the complexities of coastal construction and the elements that truly define value. I am dedicated to providing a sophisticated, informed, and seamless real estate experience for every client I serve.
