Our experience with Lynn evolved and grew in depth of relationship from the inception of our house being initially listed until it was sold. The marketing effort was strong and well done, presenting our special 1890 Queen Anne Victorian in the manner it deserved. As time went on, we came to further understand our need for more patience regarding the nuances of selling this home. Lynn also increased her understanding of our expectations for communication during periods of lower activity. What really impressed us was Lynn's understanding of the complexities and the timeline of selling a unique home, which had few comparable properties nearby. She kept a positive, realistic perspective, and increasingly understood our needs for updates to keep us encouraged during the time it took to find that unique buyer we needed (someone who also highly valued the style, history, and quality of our home). What was very impressive was Lynn's depth of knowledge as a realtor, especially as we started getting offers. With COVID-19 becoming a factor personally, which required suspending showings for a couple of weeks, she compassionately knew how to manage behind the scenes to keep prospective buyers' interests high. She also knew the seasonal cycles very well regarding buyer demand. She strategically helped us and kept her word to help get us a good price for our special home. Lynn recognized how amazing our home was, and she was truly what she said she was: “a realtor who loves her job and is very good at what she does.” Thank you, Lynn, for your faith, friendship, and professionalism to get the job done for us.
