Lynly is the best! A friend recommended we contact Lynly 3 years ago when moving back to WA from FL with little notice. We needed a rental, that took dogs and were driving cross country. Lynly jumped in to help, running to rentals where she called to virtually show us places on FaceTime. We knew she would be our realtor some day for going above and beyond with no commission. Fast forward to December 2019 when we were ready to look. Lynly counseled is through the process and quickly helped us. She was super helpful and bent over backwards to help us find our home. After losing two houses in three days due to massive multiple offers (16 on 1 home), Lynly helped us put in an offer at 1130 on a Saturday from a weekend getaway...and the third time was the charm! We closed in 3 weeks complete with a notary to our home for signing given our extremely busy schedules and a next day flight. After closing Lynly was there during our builder walkthrough (even in the early covid-19 pandemic) and surprised us with the most thoughtful of housewarming gifts which includes toilet paper!! ?? We would absolutely recommend Lynly & can’t wait to buy next time with Lynly!

Although ours was her first (I believe) experience selling a waterfront home on Lake Sammamish, Lynly was a consummate and competent professional throughout the entire process. The stager Lynly recommended did a great job, incorporating elements of our existing furnishings with her own style. The arrangements for photography and video were flawless, and the work product extraordinary by any standard. Several people especially commented on the video. Likewise, the recommendations for inspectors, painters, and other service people required to make the house completely ready for market were all great to work with and reasonably priced. The escrow and other financial groups we used via Lynly also performed flawlessly, and kept us well informed. In short, not many people realize it's not just the agent as an individual or the organization's name on the business card, but the team that the agent has to bring together and manage throughout the entire process from listing, to offer and acceptance, and on to closing, that either makes or breaks the entire experience. Lynly brought together a team of the highest caliber, and orchestrated the process flawlessly. We would use her again, without reservation.

Lynly helped me buy a house in WA for my move from CA after a fire that destroyed my home. She did an excellent job of asking questions to figure out what I needed & wanted. She was always available to answer questions and very encouraging at a hard time of transition for me. As I was still in CA, she would send me information and at times confer with my son also (he lives in the area). All of my contacts with Lynly have been on line, I didn't get to meet her in person, but feel like I know her enough to trust her and appreciate all she did for me. I am now in my new home and settling in & am grateful for all the assistance Lynly gave me.
