I've worked as administrative support for various real estate brokers for the past 8 years, so I have a LOT of experience in dealing with brokers. I can say with all honesty that I was absolutely blown away by the level of helpfulness, market knowledge, and creative strategy that Lyndsay, Leslie, Maureen, and the rest of the team exhibited. The sale of my townhouse was tricky due to the fact that it was not financeable, but Lamb Real Estate managed to get it sold! My budget for purchasing a new home was not very high, and there was a lot of competition, but Lamb Real Estate was able to get us into a home that I love in a good neighborhood. The thing I most appreciated about the brokerage team was that they coordinated all the contractors who needed to come and work on the property I was selling. I didn't have to research and hire the handy-person to fix the leak and install the water heater, or the fireplace expert to repair the faulty damper, or the carpet professional to clean and stretch the carpets... They did all of that for me. They even met them on site when I had to be at work! I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service that Lamb Real Estate provided. They will certainly be the brokers I choose when I go to sell again.

Leslie and Cooper were referred to us by close friend of mine that helped him by his house and now they’ve helped us through the process. they have become new friends. We have bought and sold a couple other homes in other states using several different real estate agents these guys were by far our favorites. They always put our best interest first and we’re always on top of everything through the process there was never any delays on their part. A lot of different agents in the area can show you a home but when it comes to making the deal go through, or closeing a deal you really should not look any further than these guys .
