Lynda helped us buy our dream house - sight unseen! She went to the house and took videos and photos, she facetimed us so we could get a feel for the layout. Lynda made sure that we were comfortable and gave us all the information we needed for every step of the way. She met with our inspector and was here to greet us when we arrived! She made our dreams come true, all from 1800 miles away. Lynda goes above and beyond for her clients! I would recommend Lynda to every single person I know - in fact I already have! Lynda was incredibly helpful throughout the process of selling our home. The process was overwhelming and confusing at times (first time sellers), but Lynda was there every step of the way to talk us through it. This was our second time using Lynda as our realtor. She helped us purchase this home as well. When it came time to sell it was a "no brainer" to have her represent us again. She is very knowledgeable about the market. We had to move away for a career opportunity but in just 2 years we were able to turn a profit on our home. Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write this review! Lynda and I were childhood friends and grew up together in our small town of Weslaco. We both moved up to San Antonio after high school but unfortunately, parted ways for several years. Last year, my husband and I decided to begin house hunting. We were living near Sea World (in a house we built back in 2008) but the commute to work was no longer working for us and the surrounding area just wasn’t matching our current lifestyle. Knowing this would be a challenging process for us (especially given the emotional ties to selling our very first home), I knew we needed to find a realtor we could absolutely trust. Lynda was the first person who came mind based on our history together and the trusted reputation she’s worked so hard to build in the real estate world. I don’t know if you’ve seen her Facebook page but this girl is a rockstar at selling/buying houses, y’all! We called Lynda sometime in Jan 2017 letting her know we were serious about buying/selling. She quickly made arrangements to meet with us and walk through the steps needed to start the process. Before we knew it, our house was on the market and we were viewing homes after work/on weekends. Lynda has an extensive client-base but treats you as if you’re her only client, always making herself available and working endless hours to make sure her clients are taken of. To be honest, I’m not sure she ever sleeps!! Fast forward to April, after whirlwind few weeks of encountering some pretty unique buyer situations, Lynda helped us sell our home (to a lovely couple) and buy our dream home!! She was with us every step of the way and made sure we were absolutely comfortable with every decision made along the way. If you’re looking for someone who’s go me to make this a great experience, she’s your girl!!

Lynda is simply amazing at what she’s does. Hard working and extremely knowledgeable on all the different facets of real estate. She made the process as seamless and easy as it could be with constant guidance along the way. I’ll be using her again in the future. Highly Recommend.
