I was initially working with another mortgage lender and the real estate agent that was referred to me by that mortgage lender to purchase my new home. Long story short, things didn't work out!! Since this home was at the very top of my family's wish list, I took a gamble and reached out to the listing agent (Lyn) myself. Ironically, not only did I end up working with a new mortgage lender that was referred to me by the "original" real estate agent, but I also ended up with Lyn as my real estate agent on the purchase! Even though Lyn acted as both the buyer agent and seller agent on the transaction, I felt that she acted very professionally, was very helpful, and provided a sensitivity towards both sides. Lynn puts her clients first. She is absolutely knowledgeable and she listens to her clients likes and dislikes. She works great with the client lender in order to meet the needs of her client. I have used her service at least 4 times and over the years she has stepped it up a notch. She is now a great friend and I call her family.
