The home we purchased she negotiated perfectly and explained the house perfectly. We purchased site unseen and love it. We trusted her judgement and we are so glad we did.
When we had our first meeting just to go over the house, Lyn was so prepared. The house we sold was built in 1971. It had good bones and a lot of good qualities but had not been updated at all. Lyn was very positive, knowledgeable and honest from day one. She shared all feedback from each showing and was still so positive about the house. My brothers and were selling the house and one brother lives in Tennessee. Lyn made special trips to get his signature when needed. Lyn bent over backwards for us. Lyn was very busy with other showings and sells, and she never made us feel that she had other clients. We were number one every time and I know she was busy. I would highly recommend Lyn to anyone that needed a realtor.

I had an all-too common experience for people moving to Boone: I could not live in the rental I'd arranged before arriving. I was literally living in a hotel (with my pets) when I contacted Lyn, who'd been referred by a friend. Six weeks later, I closed on a townhome. Lyn was always available and invariably helpful. She put me in touch with an efficient mortgage lender, and supported every step of the process, which went surprisingly smoothly.
She was very helpful and professional. She even helped me weeks after closing. I bought and sold a condo and am satisfied with both transactions. I bought my condo 5 years ago for $77,000 and sold it for $365,000.
