Lydia did a good job with helping us figure out the best way to price our house when the loan on our solar system couldn't be transferred as it was supposed to be able to be. It involved actually raising the price and then having to explain to agents why we did that when our house had already been on the market for a couple months. It was confusing to the other agents and she stayed calm and repeatedly explained to make sure everyone understood what we were offering. She was reassuring that the right buyer would come along when we felt like no one understood. Earlier this year, she helped us buy our current house and we were happy with that experience as well.
