She did more to help us than anyone ever has, finding properties, knowing the area, making appointments, making offers, communicating during the gap between offer and closing, communicating with the owners and walked us through the closing. Lydia is personable, smart, very thorough, and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will immediately call/text the person who does so that we had our answers quickly! We had come down to the valley to look at a piece of property on behalf of my parents, and after spending only a little bit of time with Lydia, she immediately won our trust. Later on, Lydia took us on a little extra excursion to view a new build while it was just being framed out and we were sold... for US! Navigating buying a house 3 hours from where we used to live (Denver) might have caused some angst if our realtor wasn't Lydia! She sent us pictures of the building process, constantly updated us on the progress of the home, and explained any and all documents/contracts that we needed to sign. The entire process from going under contract to closing proceeded so smoothly, and I really attribute that to Lydia's deep knowledge of her job!
