Ms. Farris was an absolute joy to work with. A consummate professional, she is always available to assist in the buying process. Many of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly through phone calls and emails, exhibiting her strong regional knowledge. One thing that sets Ms. Farris apart from most is her willingness to research in depth, in very timely fashion, any subject matter that may emerge during the property search and purchase process. As we can attest, she also has admirable perseverance when working with careful and discriminating buyers/clients over an extended time frame. There is no question Lydia cannot answer: if she doesn't know it then, she'll find it ASAP ! She is very organized, very informed, patient, not pushy, and easy to communicate with.

There are lots if Realator’s those that say they are good and know everything and don’t. Those that are new and having to rely on people training them, and then there is Lydia. She did more to help us than anyone ever has, finding properties, knowing the area, making appointments, making offers, communicating during the gap between offer and closing, communicating with the owners and walked us through the closing. This was our seventh purchase through our lifetime so it’s wasn’t our 1st rodeo. Lydia because a good friend through the process and I will highly recommend her.

Lydia is personable, smart, very thorough, and if she doesn't know the answer to something, she will immediately call/text the person who does so that we had our answers quickly! We had come down to the valley to look at a piece of property on behalf of my parents, and after spending only a little bit of time with Lydia, she immediately won our trust. Later on, Lydia took us on a little extra excursion to view a new build while it was just being framed out and we were sold... for US! Navigating buying a house 3 hours from where we used to live (Denver) might have caused some angst if our realtor wasn't Lydia! She sent us pictures of the building process, constantly updated us on the progress of the home, and explained any and all documents/contracts that we needed to sign. The entire process from going under contract to closing proceeded so smoothly, and I really attribute that to Lydia's deep knowledge of her job! We are now settling into our new home and we couldn't be more pleased with how it all turned out. Thank you, Lydia!!!
