I had an excellent experience working with Andrea. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my needs. They took the time to understand my goals and provided clear, honest advice throughout the process. Communication was always prompt and transparent, and I felt supported throughout the entire process. What stood out was their deep knowledge of the market and their ability to navigate complex situations with ease. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and that I felt confident in my decisions. I would highly recommend Andrea to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated broker. It's rare to find someone so committed to delivering excellent service!

Andrea is knowledgeable and worked to keep us informed throughout the process. Her recommendations to us and communication with all parties kept every step coordinated. Highly recommend!

Andrea is knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. Her recommendations to us and communication to all parties kept every step coordinated. Would definitely use her again.

Andrea was professional from beginning to end of our search for a coastal home. She was extremely knowledgeable of all the coastal towns, their pro’s and con’s, and fair market values. Most importantly, she was reliable and there was never any pressure or sales-y feeling to her approach. We would recommend Andrea to anyone searching for a home along the Oregon coast!

Andrea was super responsive, energetic, and insightful in helping me to list my property in Cannon Beach. She answered all of my questions and got it listed fast. She brought many buyers through the property and generated interest quickly. I’ll work with her again in the future. Thank you Andrea!

Andrea's real estate expertise in the Oregon Coast market is unmatched. Highly highly recommend! I visited from out of state looking for a rental property and she took the time to educated me on the market on top of showing me a variety of properties that fit my specific needs. She is authentic, kind and professional. Look no further if you are looking for an agent!

This is the second time working with Andrea. Both times, she made the process smooth with excellent communication and provided local knowledge for a unique area/market.

Andrea has been the best kind of real estate agent. She is knowledgeable but listened to what we wanted and needed. Her follow through has been thorough and her responses always timely.

Andrea is great! She is professional, well informed with a wealth of local knowledge and contacts that she is ready to share. My purchase was painless and quick. I am very happy with my new art studio and Astoria is a gem. The best move I’ve made in years.

We are repeat clients of Andreas. She has represented us by reaching out to her contacts (it’s all about who you know on the coast), has helped us explore different scenarios, has always been ready with the pros and cons, has fought for every dollar on the closing, Andrea always made us feel like we were her only clients. Took time to explain the very mundane, answered every phone call, always showed up on time (early). However for me, I am most grateful for her patience, help getting my husband and I on the same page. I highly recommend Andrea and will use her again if the need arises.

Andrea helped us buy land on the coast. She was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

Andrea was an amazing realtor. We found her on the web by reading the reviews and she will not disappoint in regards to executing the plan that you have in mind. Not being familiar with the local real estate market, Andrea was very helpful in navigating the market in our favor. She has made the transaction super easy from beginning to the end. We will definitely be calling her in the future if we need any other real estate help.
