Lute was upbeat when he came to do the initial appraisal on our Mother's home and excited about the local market being exactly right to sell but sympathetic to our situation and desire to not speed into the future. With 3 heirs in different cities and out of state, no matter what our question was, no matter WHEN our question popped up, he was prompt about getting an answer to the group.
